Introduction |
Since the maintenance release 4.01 of HomeSite and ColdFusion Studio now includes my Tag Definitions for HTML and VTML, you won't need the installation sets on this page if you already have installed the maintenance release. You should check out the Maintenance Release Special page however, where you'll find last-minute fixes and updates as well as new tools especially for the maintenance release. You can't afford to miss these! Three different files are available for download: one which installs Tag Editors for both HomeSite 3.x and ColdFusion 3.x, and two with Tag Definitions: seperate installations for HomeSite 4.0 and ColdFusion Studio 4.0. Updates are always indicated. All archives have the version number encoded in their name; the highest version of included files becomes the version number here. All three files include both VTML tag definitions or editors with VTML documentation as well as the HTML tag definitions or editors. The new installation program will let you choose to install the VTML set or the HTML set or both; files that might be overwritten will be backed up automatically. No more lengthy installation instructions! |

VTML Tag Editors |
Want to see the documentation before downloading? It's also on-line: VTML Tag Definitions: Documentation. There is a single installation file which contains the VTML Tag Definitions, with VTML documentation and a corresponding updated MarkUpTags.vtm to make them available from the Tag Chooser. The HTML Tag Editors are also included, as well as a toolbar. You can choose to install either the VTML set, the HTML set, or both. The files included are equivalent to those included with Allaire's 4.01 maintenance release (to the extent the version 3.0 programs support this) with one major exception: the HTML Tag Editors link to Index DOT Html for their help information.
If you use Go to the Downloads page for the 199-05-05 fix of Input.vtm!

If you use both programs, just get both installation files. The HTML Tag Definitions are also included, as well as a toolbar. You can choose to install either the VTML set, the HTML set, or both.
